Job Description
↵8+ total years in data analysis, design, and development experience in Cloud environment At least 2+ years’ experience in cloud-based Data Ingestion, Data Processing, Data Consumption and data warehouse solutions leveraging Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP In addition to Snowflake, preferred to have experience on Bigdata management using any platform with hands-on knowledge of tools Data processing / ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Matillion etc.Strong in Data management, ETL/ELT and Data warehousing conceptsHands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and SnowPipeExpertise in Snowflake advanced concepts like virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these featuresProficient in languages commonly used with Snowflake (SQL, Python in particular)Experience of one end to end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse and Data Migration from on-premise preferably on RDBMS or NOSQL.Experience working in a Dev/Ops environment.Experience with best practice design principles and approaches for a range of application styles and technologies to help guide team in developmentStrong communication and client facing, experience working in on-shore / off-shore teams
